Anyspark Apps (“we” or “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of our users (“user” or “you”). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you download or use any of our mobile applications (the “application”). Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THE TERMS OF THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THE APPLICATION. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the “Last updated” date of this Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to periodically review this Privacy Policy to stay informed of updates. You will be deemed to have been made aware of, will be subject to, and will be deemed to have accepted the changes in any revised Privacy Policy by your continued use of the Application after the date such revised Privacy Policy is posted. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the third-party online/mobile store from which you install the Application or make payments. We are not responsible for any of the data collected by any such third party.

COLLECTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may collect information about you in a variety of ways. The information we may collect via the Application depends on the content and materials you use, and includes:

PERSONAL DATA

The application doesn’t collect your personal data. We do not collect any of your personal data unless you choose to give it to us. An example of this may be if you were to email us for support. In this case we may keep a record of the information that you have provided (such as your email address or name) in order to communicate with you and deal with your enquiry effectively.

DERIVATIVE DATA

For our app to function it needs to communicate with our servers. Some data relating to the connection and content of the server request or response may be logged automatically in our server log files which is necessary to troubleshoot the service and prevent abuse.

FINANCIAL DATA

When you purchase the application, we don’t store your payment details. All financial information is stored by Google or Apple depending on which mobile platform you use. We only have access to your order number, date of transaction, location of transaction and transaction status. You are encouraged to review the privacy policy belonging to the store from which you purchased the application and contact them directly for responses to your questions.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). No purpose in this policy will require us keeping your personal information for longer than 1 year. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

DEVICE ACCESS

Access to some of your device’s features are required for the application to function correctly.

MOBILE DEVICE ACCESS

Permission to access to your device’s storage is necessary to save and load application data. If you wish to change our access or permissions, you may do so in your device’s settings.

DEVICE DATA

Device information such as your mobile device ID number, model, and manufacturer, version of your operating system, phone number, country, location, and any other data you choose to provide.

PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

The applications primary function is to send you push notifications to alert you when new shift codes are found. We may also send you push notifications regarding the application. If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device’s settings.

USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We may use the information that we do have to do the following:

1. Process payments and refunds.
2. Provide you with technical support or assistance.
3. Respond to product and customer service requests.
4. Increase the efficiency and operation of the Application.
5. Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the Application.
6. Request feedback and contact you about your use of the Application.
7. Resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.

The application doesn’t use any analytics or tracking technologies.

The Application may contain links to third-party websites and applications of interest, including advertisements and external services, that are not affiliated with us. Once you have used these links to leave the Application, any information you provide to these third parties is not covered by this Privacy Policy, and we cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of your information. Before visiting and providing any information to any third-party websites, you should inform yourself of the privacy policies and practices (if any) of the third party responsible for that website, and should take those steps necessary to, in your discretion, protect the privacy of your information. We are not responsible for the content or privacy and security practices and policies of any third parties, including other sites, services or applications that may be linked to or from the Application.

SECURITY OF YOUR INFORMATION

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. We endeavor to keep the amount of data collected to the bare minimum that will still allow us to provide you with a great service. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information to us.

POLICY FOR CHILDREN
